The editorial team at Chicken House Books is offering free mentorship to non-represented writers whose novels, for children and young adults, are at any stage of development.

Feminist Writers and Illustrators
So to Speak, a journal run by Creative Writing students at George Mason University is seeking feminist writing and art work. Submission fees are waived for Black and Indigenous contributors. Payment is $100.

Filmmakers in Ghana
The Accra Indie Filmfest Incubator is accepting applications from boom operators, cinematographers, directors, editors, producers and sound designers for a free filmmaking workshop. Participants can be of any nationality but must be resident in Ghana and committed to telling Ghanaian stories.

Words Without Borders announces a $3,000 Momentum Grant for early-career translators from anywhere. Literary fiction and nonfiction originally written in any language is eligible but the target language must be English.
